What clients are saying:

“My Husband and myself were lucky enough to meet Sheena and be educated by her for a prenatal in home session. As a first time mom, I am so glad that we had our session with Sheena before our baby came. Sheena’s knowledge she passed on to us was worth its weight in gold, and I would highly recommend a prenatal session with her. She came to our home, used our TV as a screen and we got to sit on our couch and drink coffee while Sheena went through newborn care and lactation/breastfeeding/bottle feeding info. She made us feel very comfortable, and had us both engaged and asking questions. I felt so much less anxious, more prepared and at ease for the transition to motherhood after our session, and my husband felt confident with how he could help, and felt he understood all that was required of me and my body for breastfeeding. I later contacted Sheena for a refresh for info before delivering, and had a question about my medications being BF safe, as my psychiatrist gave me somewhat vague info that didn’t make me feel sure. Sheena gave me such concrete and evidence based info that made me feel super confident with my meds on breastfeeding, and gave me resources for the future on how to find out if other meds/herbs are safe for breastfeeding. She also gave me refresh info that helped me recall and retain info from our initial session. She was great with helping us claim our session through our benefits. Don’t put this off until after baby, you won’t regret your time with Sheena. She was also great with our attention demanding corgi, and made the session feel fun, light, and positive!”
